Really really painful arm?

Question

I woke up this morning and my arm was really stiff and numb. Now tho it is really really painful. I can move it around normally and the pain doesnt seem to be centered to 1 point when i move it. it is just really painful which ever positon it is in. its getting worse aswell.

what do you think is wrong?

Rhumatism or arthiritis maybe

You don't tell us whether you have been exercising it a lot. It could be  to do with the way you lay on it while you were sleeping or that you over-used it or strained it though some activity yesterday or in recent days. If the pain gets too unbearable and doesn't go away in the next few days, go see your local doctor.
