Really robust camera, especially one with a screen taht won't crack easily?

Question

i'm like really really clumsy and unlucky, and in the past year i've cracked my phone screen twice, once by sitting on it and the other it was in my bag on a ride at disney, then i had a camera and i dropped it and even though it was strapped around my arm the extended lense hit the wall and jammed

this morning i woke up at my friends house and found the screen on my camera had cracked, i don't know how it happened and my dad went crazy, the camera works you just can't see anything

i'm going on holiday in a few days and really need a camera but i wan't one that's not going to break!

can anyone suggested some really good compact cameras

it would be good if they could be used in the dark too because i go to lots of gigs and take photos and also for just taking videos and photos out and about with friends

this camera is water-proof to ten feet, which is good if you liket o swim, it is shock-proof, from a drop at five feet or less, so the screen isn't going to crack, it's a shock-proof. And, it's also freeze proof. This camera is two hundred dollars, but you dad should buy it knowing it can't break, unless you literally throw it on the ground, but a drop won't break it.

wow you have the same luck i do with cell phones...O.o

cept my things usually involve water..like when i washed it [was in teh pant's pocket of some jeans i threw in the wash].. sigh

got a new cell just two days ago XD

but anyways my suggestion: one of those wal-mart digitals... specifically maybe a Polaroid 8-megapixel..they're around $128 or so...and they're nice. =3
