Really sharp sporadic pain in my right ear?

it last less than a second, ive been noticing it since last night, i have no other symtoms at all an i feel fine. its such a pain to see a doctor i prob wont get an appointment for another 2 weeks, if there is no other symptoms could it still be an infection?
