  1. Your  body  is  telling  you  it's  injured .

Do   you  want  to  heal  or  compound  the  injury  ?

    If   you're  masochistic ,  run  the  5K ,

Me ?   I'd  spend  the  day  resting ,  do  some  hot  tub  time  and  work  on  the  nutrition .   .  .

  2. Ask yourself ,not others.Otherwise u will regret later..................

  3. i say stretch a LOT today. but dont run till tomorrow

  4. Take the day off completely if you run alot today,

you'll be sore tomorow ! save it for tomorow

  5. some slow jogging to keep the legs from getting tight

  6. Listen to your body..

if your really sore..take the day off complety..give your body a chance to recoup..and recharge before your race again

  7. run do it i did it yester day and it was fun so go do it

  8. I wouldn't take the day totally off, because i find soreness can carry over.  I'd go out for a light day, perhaps 20 or 30 minutes, and then stretch and ice a lot.

    Good luck!
