Question:

Really sore foot, help!

I woke up two nights ago unable to walk on my right foot. It has got progressively worse over the last day and today I cant put any pressure on it. I have no idea what I have done to it. Should I get it checked out at a&e? I have a 4 month old baby so its a right inconvenience not being able to walk!

  1. Or perhaps go and see your GP, definitely get it checked out.  Take care, I hope you feel better soon.

  2. Probably a good idea to get it checked out but don't go to a&e as it has been more than 48 hours they can't really do much, go to your local gp first if he/she thinks you need treatment they will refer you.

  3. If its mainly under your foot it could be plantarfasciitis, either way its going to need some help, Physio or GP. Avoid barefeet, try a pair a 2 inch + heels, if its your plantarfascia it will help strange as it may sound.

  4. Aw hun, deffinately go to A&E & get it checked, you need to be mobile for your baby's sake in order to care for him/her.

    Good Luck. X :-)
