  1. have a sleep

  2. Either u did too much or if this is ur first time going after some time you will feel sore. Either take some glutamine or just rest. take a nice hot shower and you will feel good tommorwo

  3. Nothing much, I'm afraid. Next time, do a better work-down, as this will greatly alleviate any stiffness or pain.

  4. aww poor girl. yeah i remember that feeling when i first went. jeez that was horrible, and the next day it was like OMG. i couldn`t get up for work cuz my legs were like OWW. haha. but it`s okay, i think you should just take a nice warm-hot bath, and next time you go to the gym, you should really go in the jacuzzi after working out, that really relaxes your body. other than that, you can also stretch your muscles so they can get used to it, but everyone will get sore like that. don`t worry about it.

  5. I learned to cherish the sensation of sore muscles.  Eventually you will see the soreness as a sign that you have trained your muscles properly for hypertrophy.

You can get Glutamine at your local GNC or Walmart.  They are the most abundant form of amino acid in your muscles.  Supplementing glutamine in your diet helps you recover from soreness and also has many health benefits you can research online.  Glutamine is not something to be weary of.  This is a common amino acid in your system and taking them in pill form or in powder form is common practice by many athletes and bodybuilders.

You can also drink protein shakes as adding more protein in your diet will not only elevate your metabolism but also helps your body recover and rebuild, thus getting rid of your soreness much more quickly.

Your soreness will go away much faster if you have plenty of protein in your diet.  Aside from protein, Glutamine helps a lot.  Also sleeping 8 hours a day or more gives time for your body to recover and rebuild.  Just to put this in perspective, athletes that train strenuously will sometimes sleep more than 10 hours a day and I have read that some pitchers will sleep up to 12 hours.

Sleeping gives time for your body rebuild and recover.  It needs protein as building blocks for recovery and building.  Glutamine helps with this process as it promotes an increased nitrogen balance in your skeletal muscles (basically promotes muscle rejuvenation).

  6. asprin bayer sleep, idk y but i like the pin it brings

  7. just go to your bed and sleep for an hour or more. then when you wake up you might feel much more better. or if you dont want to sleep then lay on your couch and rest there. you could be watching your fav. shows.

  8. strectch, massage them and then ice them

  9. this is normal.  I usually take a hot bath.

  10. Sleep, eat protein and carbs.

It is normal to have that kind of pain for 1 - 2 days after you go to the gym, but if it's not getting better you could have hurt yourself, but i highly doubt that as you can still walk.

It may sound strange, but i love that feeling of soreness, it' means your doing a good job.

  11. Take a pain killer [or two] before bed, then another one/two when you wake up [along with breakfast...never take then on a empty stomach]. Take a hot bath or use a heating pad [don't fall asleep with the heat pad on!].

I only suggest the bedtime habits now because it's really late right now where I am!

  12. stretch b4 and after ur exercise   strecthing provents getting injury and u build up ur muscles trust me
