Its just my eating. i need tips on just things i can do to stay on track. I eat like just because its there not because im really hungry. What foods should i really avoid? I really would like to get in shape for summer because im really sick of not being confident around other people and really want to do something about it and stop saying ill do it later.

  1. you can exercise and stay on a healthy diet my sister lost 20 pounds walking 30 mins a day and jogging

  2. Lots of tips and ideas here: http://newfreebooks.com Don't overlook the "reduce cravings" link. Just look over the Leap Over Web Clutter sections.

  3. Replace your white bread with wholemeal bread, they keep you full longer, and just throw all the junk food away, if you're serious about it.

Stock up on food with less calories, like granola bars and yoghurt. Big sacrifice, but definitely worth it :)

  4. Get rid of white flour and other grains, beverages like pop, candy, etc. One really good thing you can do, is to try eating apples when you get hungry before a healthy meal. Apples have lots of benefits and according to a study, people who ate an apple before their meal actually gained less weight than those who did not, even eating the same amount of calories. That does not mean you should eat apples and then eat an unhealthy meal or snack But adding them as a good part of your snack program may help you. Then, instead of drinking pop, juice, etc., try drinking water with lemon. Don't forget protein in a healthy form, like broiled or baked meats, chicken, etc. and even homemade stir-fries including the veges.

  5. it's simple, just reduce carbohydrates( potato,bread,rice...) in your diet.some fruits like banana have high calories ! i lost about 10kg within 4 month  by following that.
