Im always saying I want to lose weight but then i just give up right. Im pretty sporty play waterpolo and swim. so i all up i train 4 times a week. Its just my eating. i need tips on just things i can do to stay on track. I eat like just because its there not because im really hungry. What foods should i really avoid? I really would like to get in shape for summer because im really sick of not being confident around other people and really want to do something about it and stop saying ill do it later.Thanks
