Question:

Really weird dreams.....?

Hey - I keep having extremely weird dreams that I'm a boy. I probably have at least one every week and it's been going on for months now. I have absolutely no intentions about ever becoming a boy; I'm not one of those people who think they were born in the wrong body. I'm happy with who I am. So why do I keep getting these dreams, and what do they mean?

  1. hmmm.......

Do you have male friend that you really like to be with?

Maybe thinking about it you just remembered him.

  2. Boys/men/male traditional representation of strength, agression etc think of what men or males in general mean to you your subconscious saying you acting too much or too little in this regard.

  3. Dreaming that you are a boy is you male hormones (everyone has some!) acting up - you simply have a vivid imagination but it could also mean that ( i got this bit from the site below) may represent collective consciousness and the traditional human spirit. He is the Yang and his energy, when mobilized, creates the earthly realities.

  4. I agree vaguely with above post, when i was pregnant with my son i dreamt constantly that i was a boy, and it freaked me out. My babies hormones playing tricks apparently. Don't be fretting and questioning your sexuality or gender, lol. The more these dreams play on your mind, the more of them you are going to have.

  5. Is your brain trying to tell you to stand up for yourself?  Do you need to 'take it like a man?  Is there something in your life where you feel a little too weak and you are wishing that you could be just aggresive enough to solve your problem?

Many people equate being assertive with being agressive.  That's not true but it gets assertive women called names and then they become aggressive.

A lot of girls at one time or another look at a frustrating problem and say they wish they were boys for just that one instant.  This has everything to do with frustration at barriers and nothing to do with sexuality.
