Realtek audio speakers crackling..

Please help me with my problem..
My playback device on my toshiba satellite a215-s4807 laptop is crackling just like a rattling empty can.. playback device is realtek hi def audio.. also my mic can't be recognized when im having a video call thru sype.. I can hear rattling, hissing sound... please help me..
