Realtors mistake?

just to let anyone that is thinking about geting a house.don't just think your realtor will do the last walk through for you to see if everything was done that you asked for.it could be the smallest thing .no matter what is was that you asked for DO IT YOUR SELF.iI found out the hard way.thankyou .Don D.

Your the one buying the house not the realtor, its your responsibility to make sure. Your the one thats living in it, the realtors dont care once closing, and why should they, they got paid.

It is never the realtor's job to do the walk through. You are the one buying the house. Not the realtor.

Next your going to be telling us the morgage company didn't tell you, you couldn't afford your house payment.

You’re supposed to be present for the final walk-through. How could an agent gauge YOUR satisfaction with repairs?
