Rear brakes 2004 suzuki swift

Question

hi, I started to back and up the left rear wheel locked up, forward or reverse it would not release . i did get the drum turning but i can not get it off. I have pried and beat on the drum it will not come off. any thing else I can do, I don't have a set of torches so heat is out of the question. thanks Josh
