Rear wiper not working but the washer is

The wiring could have broken or the motor could have siezed.

Check to see if current is going to the motor with a test lamp (cheap to buy). If no current then check where the wiring comes through the top of the tailgate.

probably the rear window wiper motor is broken, proably bue to water ingress somewhere, also try the fuse box, could be someting simple as this!

Don't forget to check the wiring that runs up through the hatch.  The wire is special, usually extra fine, it resists breaking.  Since the hatch is opened and closed many times over the life of a vehicle, the wiring that goes to the wiper motor usually develops a short from being flexed back and forth.  We've all done this with a paper clip!
