Rearing queen bees??? Help please!!!!!!!!!!?

I need a step be step simple to follow guide. I also have a few questions.

1. When can I start?

2. Can I make the equiptment by hand?

3. The quide has to be simple, I already have 3 good established hives.

from what i remember in college it is the food supply to the larva that determines the bee in the cell whether or not it will be a queen drone or worker also doesn't the first queen to emerge from the cell eat or destroy the other queen bee cells and if two are borne at the same time don't they fight to the death
