That's a debatable question. But I'd like to be there with a camera when your wearing that shirt and telling the cops that you've just been robbed.

Yup, they could cite and fine you for public nuisance. Trust me, they could in some places cite you for spitting on the sidewalk. Just wear the shirt somewhere around the house or at parties. Sorry.

Well, it depends your area. There's this place that you can get arrested for wearing purple for some reason. But most likely, no because it was approved by the manufacturer to make that design, counts as a freedom of speech kind of thing, and has nothing to do with actually being against the police.
