What do you put int the box on application reason for leaving box?

    You put the reason you left the job.  Answers like "quit" will guarantee that you don't get the new job.

    Try "difference of opinion."

    The reason in the box should be the reason itself.  Although if it was for some unsavory reason like your boss was a moron, try to couch it in nicer terms to make it sound positive.

    If you just say "quit" casually, they'll think you'll just as easily do that to them.
