Animals belong to the animal kingdom because they're animals, in other words: creatures which belong to the animal kingdom are called commonly "animals". That's why the belong to the animal kingdom.

The obviously don't belong to other kingdoms because they aren't plants or fungi.

"Animal" is a very vague word we humans are also called social animal hence there should not be any discrimination in Humans and so called animals.
