Reasonable grandparents rights?

what is reasonable grandparents visitations? If grandparents were awarded grandparents visitations what would the grandparents rights be? Right now they see the kid every other weekend BUT thats not enough for them and we have to take them there every weekend. What is the visitation rights in missouri for grandparents

  1. legally, as per the Supreme Court, grandparents have no visitation rights wrt seeing grandchildren.  You, as parents, have full authority over whom your children can see.  Grandparents rights were a hot topic a few years ago but, in the end, were struck down.  So, it all depends on what you want to do.  If you don't like them tell them to take a running jump.


  2. "Awarded" Legal visitation rights are listed in the court paperwork. It will include the times and days of visitation. If there is no paperwork, there is no rights. The method of transportation will also be listed in the order if it is other than them picking the child up. If you are doing this, it is your fault.
