  1. Only a  couple   but here they are.

Our planet is the only one we can live  on at the moment. If it dies  we die.

we need to save our planet so we can find a way to go to space  and live there. until then we  NEED this planet!

I like earth. I love the sea and the mountains and  the fact that it is covered with life.

    Saving the planet:

We need  cheap, clean energy. Nuclear energy  using Thorium  not uranium or plutonium is relative to the last 2 very  clean  and can not be used to make bombs  and a big plus thorium is more common and cheaper than uranium or plutonium

Once we make a Space elevator  we can move nuclear plants to the moon and dump their waste in the sun.

Really  look up space elevator  they are making it now  and you will live to see and maybe ride on it!

That's it for now I have to go.

  2. 1. Saving our planet now saves work for when we HAVE to later on.

    2. We live on this Earth, so why not make it a beautiful place to call home?

    3. Damages to the environment deplete our natural resources, and deplete our lives.

    4. By saving our planet and reducing pollution, we can all breathe easier and live longer.

    5. Having a clean Earth is beneficial to mental health.

    6. It is our duty to save Earth since we as humans are responsible for its destruction.

    7. Our children will be able to enjoy our planet as well if we save it now.

    8. Saving the planet looks good on a college resume.

    9. A larger sense of self and pride can come with helping out the environment.

    10. Saving our planet is cost-effective.

    Ways to help our planet:

    1. Turn off electrical devices when finished with them.

    2. Unplug all electrical devices while they are not in use.  You see, even though it's turned off, that appliance is still using electricity.  It's called an electricity vampire.

    3. Recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, metal, rubber, batteries, cars, appliances, etc.  It saves electricity, oil, work, etc.  By recycling one aluminum can, you save enough electricity to power a computer for three hours.

    4. Try making some of your own clothes instead of buying them.  One pair of jeans takes over seventy gallons of gasoline to produce.  Gross!

    5. Use energy efficient light bulbs.  Not only do they produce a cleaner and more brilliant light, but they save you money and electricity.

    6. If you can, walk.  Cars are inefficient monetarily, and they cause a lot of pollutants to deplete the ozone layer.  (Basic Science run-through: The CO2 produced by cars brakes up the O3 molecules in the ozone layer, forcing them to become O2.  Once the ozone (O3) becomes oxygen (O2), it no longer can protect earth from radiation caused by the sun.  Also, the increase in carbonate (CO3) is harmful and causes a smog.)

    7. Try to start a recycling club at your school if one doesn't already exist.  My friend and I were tired of people not picking up their trash and not recycling, so we made a recylce club a few months back.  We're working on having paper recycling enforced at our school.  After that, our next project is to have aluminum recycling at lunch.  We're also having an Earth Day Party on Friday at a park.  I think we're planting some trees and having a picnic.  Plus, we'll all walk there!

    8. Try to buy organic fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, breads, candy, hair products, cleaning products, etc.  Not only does this help out local farmers and cut on the driving from place to place, but the lack of pesticides makes the food extra tasty and extra safe for human consumption.  Those toxins sprayed on regular items and used to make them last cause cancer, heart problems, acne, and mood dissorders.

    9.  Encourage others around you to live "green".  You are one person, and you can't save the entire world, but you can most certainly try.

    10. Conserve water and other materials.  Make them last as long as you can.  Otherwise, you feed the cycle.

I hope that these helped you out.

Good luck with saving the Earth!

  3. its endanger...its up to u to save the world...or u can watch everything including yourself suffer

start recycling, and pick up trash

  4. reason's for saving our planet??? i have news for you sweety, the planet is fine, always has been. we are the ones at stake here.we are a blip in earth's history, it will still exist weather life is present or not. its our responsibilty to not hinder the furture of our children, and thier children, so on. to insure that our species and also species of other animals continue, we have to change our ways.

  5. There will be people living here after we are gone who should be able to come into a world that is safe and clean, and has enough resources for them to meet their own needs.  It is utterly selfish to believe that we should and can use and abuse the planet for our own whims and wants.

    10 ways we can help!

    1.  Be vocal.  Write political leaders.  Of all countries.  Let those in charge know that we, the consumers and voters do care enormously and will do what it takes to ensure a safe and healthy world for ourselves and our children.

    2.  Be knowledgable.  One of the worst enemies of environmentalism is ignorance.  Know what kinds of pollution there are, what causes them, groups trying to help, groups tryining to hinder, ways to help, and so on.  You cannot be too well-informed when confronting nay-sayers.

    3.  Send a clear message to corporations by refusing to buy products or services that are not environmentally friendly.  As often as possible, that is.  Don't eat at a restaurant that sends home leftovers in un-recyclable styrofoam containers.  Don't buy products with copious amounts of un-recyclable packaging.  Do buy organic, things in recyclable packaging, etc.  Every purchase is a vote.  Every refusal to purchase is also a vote.

    3.  Get to know your community's recycling program inside out.  Do what you can at home, but also begin or participate in recycling programs at church, school, and work.  Encourage friends, family, and co-workers to do the same.

    4.  Educate yourself on the best ways to save energy and live as chemical free as possible.  It's a wonderful coincidence that very frequently things we can do that are environmentally friendly are also very economical.

    5.  Be seen picking up trash, putting your recycling bins out.  Be vocal (but not obnoxious) about your own efforts.  When people balk or ask questions, answer kindly and encouragingly.  Give them good reason to do the same.

    6.  Say no to Stuff, Stuff, and More Stuff.  So much is produced for people to buy that uses up precious resources, has no real purpose except to be cool or funky, and clutters our shelves giving us something extra to dust every week.  So much of what we think we need, we just want.

    7.  Buy used whenever possible.  Used clothing.  Used books.  Used CD's.  Used appliances.  Borrow.  Trade.

    8.  Breastfeed your children and diaper them in good, old-fashioned cloth diapers.

    9.  Hang your laundry on the clothesline whenever possible.  If your neighborhood association cites you, send them some freshly, air-dried sheets.  They'll change their minds.  There is no scent as wonderfully calming and lovely as climbing into bed onto sheets dried outside.

    10.  Be consistent.  Don't give in or give up.  It might mean more work in the long run, but well worth it if we manage to keep ourselves alive and keep the world safe and healthy for others.

  6. we live here for one. while we can go without and adapt to not having other things- kinda need a planet to do it on.

  7. Reasons; so that future generations are able to have a healthy place to live, and so that we are able to grow enough food for ourselves.

Ways; be aware of our impact, make knowledgeable choices of products, and practice sustainability.

  8. well...we are living here, we should take care of it, and people suffer, so do animals, and its gross living in a world that is filled with pollution and waste.

the biggest thing you can do is recycle. you can recycle paper, plastic, aluminum cans, and glass. theres more but i cant think of them right now. and you can also pick up trash at your beaches so animals dont suffer and its disgusting swimming in filth and garbage. if you want to help, you can. if you dont, have fun living in a giant waste planet.
