I have a police caution for being drunk entering a sports ground so have been told i have to get a visa.Ihave a appointment next month and though everyone says i should have no problems getting one for a family holiday i am still worried.

Was just wondering people who have a record who applied for a visa how successful they had been and what there crimes had been to eiher be accepted or refused if they dont mind answering that.

thanks in advance

  1. Stop asking the same question twice - it may be no-one has an answer for you.

  2. It depends entirely on the circumstances.  Basically, you won't know unless you apply.

  3. Visas are not issued for fhe U.S. if you have been prosecuted or have a criminal record

  4. I really dont think you should have a problem for that offence, after all Amy Winehouse has been granted a visa with a dugs offence, recent one too, however, she was granted a work visa which is different to a tourist visa.
