Reasons to get fired from a bar

What are some of the base reasons people are fired from bars? Especially if they just work in the kitchen.

The basic reasons for getting fired from anywhere are being lazy, being slow, not showing up for your shift, not showing up on time, calling in sick too much, coming in drunk or high, not doing what you are told, giving your boss attitude, stealing something.  If you work in a kitchen, there might also be issues with hygiene, they don't want ppl to get sick from the food.

Drinking on duty, stealing money, being unsanitory, serving minors, slipping friends freebies,rude to patrons, the list can go on and on.

Urinating in the food, screaming at a superior, showing up drunk, stealing, pissing off customers, burning/dropping too much food, not showing up, showing up late, all sorts of things, really.

Most common reason is they are pocketing some of the till- after all, who's conscious enough to watch?

Well I'd say maybe stealing money from the cash register? doing illegal drugs?

taking booze from the bar? don't know never worked in a bar in my life..
