Tell me YOUR reason why you hate or can't stand the AFL and Aussie rules

1) there are no tough tackles or hits... the only time when someone drops someone else is with a cheap elbow to  the head

2) players barely ever take the risk of running the ball

3) they wear singlets

4) its not rugby league

its boring.... they get into trouble for pushing the player.. all they do is kick the ball and they get a point for missing.. thats stupid..

AFL is the dominant football code in this country, has been for 100 years, will be for the next 100, the fact that the NRL is self destructing only makes the game look beter, you only have to look at the crowd numbers to see that the people of Australia have made there choice AFL Rulz...OK

What kind of sport is a sport where points are given to people who MISS? Its like a consolation prize for the loser in spelling bee where they give you a free pen.

It's only played in Australia and is practically unheard of in other countries.

They cant tackle.

They cant hold on to the ball.

Some of the most boring supporters.

I hate ausiie rules coz:

1) It is way more interesting to watch than RL.

2) They don't have to go backwards to go forwards

3) It is the dominant footy code in Australia

4) They don't have to resort to putting there fingers places they shouldn't

5) Crowds are way to big and it is hard to get tickets/memberships

6) They actually KICK the ball instead of throwing it.

the rules are stupid you cant tackle around the legs they classify it as tripping, a player doesnt have to catch the ball to get a mark and there a bunch of dirty f#*!s( pushin each other around like fairys) thats why they call it "australian fairy league" GO THE BUNNYS

I had a similiar question to this a around month ago. i hate G@YFL with a passion, i hate it so much me and my friends who in which are all rl fanatics wrote 5 pages on y afl is the shittest sport in the world. No wats worse is european afl with the soccer goals down the bottom thats combining the 2 shitest sports in the world and making it one big **** sport. i cant express my hate for the sport on this forum as i would probably no longer have an account. Well, It is aerial ping pong. I just like normal ping pong, not some f**s wearing singlets to attract the other men they're playing against style of ping pong.

They kick a ball into posts. WOW. How interesting. 80 minutes of f**s in singlets running around kicking a yellow or whatever colour thier ball is.

AFL, oh my god, it's so popular. Played in one country! You can't beat that.

l  don't hate AFL.........in fact l love it.

Collingwood is my team....whether they win or lose.

Tell me another sport in Australia that attracts the crowds like AFL.l am talking big crowds.

NRL..even come Finals time does not get the numbers that we would in a weekly game.........

At least we can call our game.... football.

How many times during a rugby game do you actually ...kick the ball.

And your goals are at this end and you run in the opposite direction to score a goal...........
