I heard a song on the oldies country station in my town and I was hoping to get the name of it. I think it was sung by Reba McEntire. The only parts I really remember was her saying that

Last night I tried to sleep

begging the lord my soul to keep,

Or something like that. I'm sorry that it isn't more of the song but I only caught the tail end of it. Does anyone know the name of it and possibly the lyrics?
