Rebecca Jane Jeffers????????

Question

On the Jeffers side of my family i found that my great great grandfather Henry Jeffers mother name was Rebecca Jane Jeffers aka "Becky".i also found out that Henry Jeffers wife my great great grandma Sallie Jacobs-Jeffers mother name was also Rebecca Jeffers and her father name was Charlie Jacob born in 1877 and died 1931.(He was married twice Rebecca being his second wife and first wife name Frennie Wilder.

my mom told me that Henry Jeffers raised my grandma Sallie up until she was around 15 and he married her.Could they have been brother and sister.Sallie born around 1910 and died in 1991.Her brothers and sisters include:

Pensocola

Mary Ann

Lexie

Dont know much about Henry only that he was older than Sallie.And what is also a mystery is that Henry was a black man but was very light with blue eyes and Sallie was also light.His father name was maybe Jeff Jeffers.i want any info on Rebecca Jeffers or any other info.
