i am having trouble rebooting my laptop. i have a fujitsu siemens laptop with vista and i am wanting to reboot it so that it is back to factory settings but when i go to the boot menu (by pressing F12) i have no idea how to boot it. could you give me step by step instructions on how to do this if you know how please? thank you
