Recalling Homepage News?

Question

I have been frustrated several times by trying to revisit a story in the news items displayed on the Yahoo page. They seem to just disappear - sometimes within minutes! I tried searching under Yahoo - News with no success. Any suggestions as to how to relocate a story that has been removed?

I ran into this also, sometimes the search works, but it is hit and miss, you think they would keep a log of them you could access/
