D.gray-man!!! there's plenty of action and adventure and  a bit of romance and the plot line is highly original..I'd say it's the best anime I've ever watched and I will continue to stick with it and as of now I've been watching this I have completely abandoned the likes of bleach and naruto with their incessant fillers....the characters are really phenomenal and I would be really surprised if you don't fall for any of them and it is still ongoing.. and the anime holds true to the manga, so what you see in the anime is exactly what you get in the manga, in which I do have to applaud them for it =)
