I like the Pizza Pasta Ciao in the Hottigen district of Zurich, they have a playroom upstairs, sometimes even supervised.

Café les Arcades in La Chaux de Fonds, my husband's uncle owns it.

We usually just go to McDonalds and Starbucks, though.
