Reccommend a biodiesel vehicle?

Question

I am lookign for a vehicle, with little knowledge about cars, that fits the following criteria:

- Capable of towing fully loaded box trailer (750kg)

- Also able to carry 2-3 hundred kilos of paper in vehicle (for example a utility vehicle with an attached box trailer).

- Reliable, road worthy

- Biodiesel friendly (http://www.pipeline.to/biodiesel/projects/aus.html)

- <$10,000 purchase price (so 2nd-hand seems probable)
