Receding gum........

i have receding gum on one bottom tooth. I don't know why, its not swollen or anything! Periodontal disease says its red and swollen, i dont want to go to the dentist and it said that the disease is rare in teens, im 19 and i brush twice a day.

       if you have a tongue ring this will  cause you to have a receeding gum line...you may risk losing your tooth..... take it out its nothing but trouble, and get pierced someplace else.

       if you had braces as a teen or one tooth is pushed more far foward that the others your gums will receed.

       do not use abrasive tooth paste and use soft brush

      


  2. I have the exact same thing and am 19

    This is what the dentist told me...

    Go to the store and buy a "soft" toothbrush and sensodyne toothpaste, dont brush with so much force in that particular spot, and limit really acidic foods

    The gum will slowly move back
