Question:

Receeding Hair Line?

I am a ballet dancer, so my hair has to be up like 24/7. I'm only 15, but my hair line is receeding. It's not that noticeable, but i start to have these baby hairs sticking out from my hair line. If i'm not dancing, i leave it down.

What can i do or use to stop my hair from receeding any more?

And also, Does anyone know a secret to get really conditioned, smooth, silky hair? Any oils, remedies, or foods?

Any good 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioners that keep your hair really healthy?

Normally, i get home from ballet at 8 40, so i never really have time to shampoo, then condition.

THANKS!

  1. It sounds like you when you pull your hair back, you are brushing your hair too hard at the edges. If you use gel, and brush it that's even worse. Try to pull your hair back as gently as possible. If you need to use gel to keep it smooth, put it on last and use a really soft brush. Also, if you are using a gel, it's really important to wash it out, asap. You can just do a fast wash, and use a leave-in conditioner. A really good 2 in 1 shampoo is Cream of Nature.
