This is an affirmation that your experience and qualifications

found successful for the requirements of N.L.N.G REFINARY

OIL / GAS COMPANY. and to this end no interview is to be conducted

on you as your experience is credible and upto the standard of the

company requirement after their screening, your appointment was

approved and accepted..

However, for expatriate services employees who do not

presently posses their valid Nigeria residence and Work Permit

papers, they are to make contact with the address given below for

directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of

their valid residence and work permits papers with the Nigerian

Immigration Services here in Nigeria.

Also as an employee, you do not need a Visa to work in Nigeria but

what you need is a Valid Work and Residence Permit. And the Work

and Residence Permit can only be issued and prepared by the

Nigerian Immigration Directly them self and not the embassy as Visa

  1. this same exact position that you are mentioning in your question, has been offered to hundreds before you,and people have come just like you asking about this particular job, in this category, not sure how many times i have answered the same thing about the same job.

    so it is a scam, therefore # beware #

    under no circumstances should you answer theses people, they will try to convince you to send money, and sadly enough you will be cheated out of everything the can extort from you;

    so do yourself a favor and do not answer anymore letters as the one received;

  2. Their next instruction would be asking you to send money for postal services in sending you the forms and other expenses needed in your application. Its a scam!

  3. As soon as it says Nigeria, you can assume that it is a scam.

    The first question to ask yourself is whether you applied for such a position.  If you did not, it is a scam.

    If it asks you for any fees (or directs you to any "agency" that requires fees or offers to process any fees). it is a scam.

    Nigeria is so corrupt that it even has a ministry of government  honesty (not the exact name but that is the idea).  In order to meet with the minister, you have to pay a bribe.  If you go to the ministry of documents (again, not the exact name), you can purchase a birth certificate claiming that you were born there under any name and birth date that you want.

    Not to be too repetitious, if the letter or offer came from Nigeria, it is a scam.

  4. of course it is a scam

  5. scam

  6. Yes.  Nigeria is notorious for their scams.

  7. Is it a scam?

    Do they ask for money?  If yes, it is a scam.  If no, it may be a scam. ;-)

  8. Everything in Nigeria is a scam.
