about 3 months ago, a woman moved in to an apartment next to mine. it is visibly clear that she is constantly flirting with me and i can tell she is hinting on me to "do" her (she's horny). she does have a hot body (which i wont deny) for someone her age and looks younger and freshly divorced, i have politely hinted to her im not interested in engaging in a serious relationship currently, but she doesn't seem to mind. Should I feel sorry for her circumstances and satisfy her curiosity? or is this nothing more then a form of emotional blackmail?

Is this such behavior typical of a newly divorced woman? I have never been in a situation like this before....what would you do if in my position? Considering shes only next door if something goes wrong this could have the potential blow up on my face? Could such a "relationship" have such consequences?.....

I am 23 and shes 36.

  1. If your gut reaction is telling you to not do it, then don't

IF being polite and hinting isn't working, then tell her to stop

Last thing you need is for her to dump the baggage from a possibly messy divorce on you

  2. I would bet she's not looking for a serious relationship.   But remember you are a neighbor and that does not make for a good way to distance yourself.

  3. I was in the exact situation. Just the ages were a bit closer. I was 27 and she was 35. She was my next door neighbor. I would cut her grass for her, just because she wouldn't after she divorced. I'm sorry if that gave the impression i was interested, because I wasn't. She looked hot too. Well, anyway, we rub each other the wrong way, and she totally had it out for me ever since. Handle this delicately, whatever you decide!!!!!

  4. Run, she just wants to trap you in a relationship, she already divorced once so she probably wants half of your stuff as well.

  5. Don't S**t where you eat !!!!.

Never date your neighbors or co-workers . If it goes sour ,  it's too close .

  6. She lives right by you!! It will not work out well. I can understand if she was far away but she lives right by you. You have to see her after the relationship ends.

  7. obviously she's attempting to rob a cradle - shame on her!  tsk tsk tsk...

  8. Are you so sure that she actually wants a serious relationship?

She could just be looking for casual fun.

But yeah, next door neighbours, the possible negative consequences would need considering.
