Recent UFO sightings ?

What do you make of all these UFO sightings in the UK lately ?

Should we be worried ?

Who's to say that those UFO's weren't RAF jets?  "UFO Sightings" in New Mexico are really nothing but people seeing USAF experimental aircraft...  so who's to say that the same isn't happenning in the UK?

They've seen something and they don't know what it is yet.  It happens all the time.  They'll figure out what it is eventually.  

UFO means "Unidentified Flying Object".  It does NOT mean aliens, alien spaceships, little green men, etc.  

Most UFO's are subsequently identified, and most turn out to be ordinary object that were viewed under unusual circumstances.

SSDD. We've seen it all before, many, many, many times. It's like the flu. There just seems to be no permanent cure for this disease. It just keeps coming back with new mutations, sweeping through a population, messing up a lot of people's grasp of reality, and finally fading out or being eradicated by real evidence. Then it pops up again, somewhere else in a few months.  I don't know what's worse, the Dark Ages or the Age of Mass Mis-information.

We shouldn't be worried unless the UFO starts attacking the Earth and is unstoppable like in War of the Worlds.

A crowd of 100 stunned stargazers brought a town centre to a standstill when five mysterious UFOs were spotted hovering in the sky.

Drinkers spilled out of pubs, motorists stopped to gawp and camera phones were aimed upwards as the five orbs, in a seeming formation, hovered above Stratford-Upon-Avon for half an hour.

There are many imaginary things that can make exciting and enjoyable fiction stories. Many people enjoy them and I do, too.
