Recent colors for painting living room walls?

All shades of soft golds and golden brown are very popular right now, so aren't greens. Go to a good paint store and ask them what colors are popular now, but let them know what color you are leaning toward. They will either give you or you pay a minimum charge for small paint samples that you can try on your wall first. If you can bring in a pillow from your sofa and tell them your floor color, drapery/curtain color that will help them to help you.

I found one called Brazaliian Fire.........love love love it. It's like a terra cotta red but deeper and richer.

there aren't any RECENT colors, just pick a color that you think would look good.

coffee brown! very relaxing not to dark and not to bright.. goes with dark wood or light wood furniture! looks great with blacks picture frames if you want to do it that way! easy to redecorate!
