Recent sustainable projects in animal husbandry sector?

Question

The district of Koraput in Orissa where i am staying is a tribal area and 75% population are below poverty line. Though many projects in A.H sector is in operation in this area by different organisations but no such commendable result has been achieved so far. Is there any recent projects which can create awareness among these tribal people and help them to improve their socioeconomic standard through A.H.as an occupation
