Recently, i noticed this blood in sperm,could it be because of not eating in previous night and drink alcohol?

but a few days without masturbating, it get back to normal white color, but when i didn't eat again at night, the following morning when i ***, it gets back with blood in my sperm...do i have a prostate cancer?

I would highly recommend that you seek the help of a reliable doctor ASAP.  Blood in the urine, stool, or the ejaculate is not something to mess around with in this forum.

I would surely see a doctor about that.  Blood in the s***n usually indicates problems with your prostate.
