Recently bought a acousticsolutions MDU-136 7" lcd dvd combi but the password has been locked and we cant open

It says on the booklet that it remains locked if the password is entered wrongly. But there is no way to reset it as you cannot access the screen to move or change the password. Any sensible offers please
