I was born in Paris, and lived there from 97 to 01, but have no idea what you're referring to. The only train stations in Paris that I know of are the Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare Saint-Lazare, Gare Montparnasse, Gare d'Austerlitz, and Gare de Lyon. And the only arena anywhere near any of those that I know of would be POPB (Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy- "Bercy" for short), which isn't too far from the Gare de Lyon.

bercy sounds like the main contender as it has the palais omnisports (which isn't really an arena), and also a train station.

but bis eaux doesn't ring any bells.
