Recently drove into Paris and saw a strange road sign with a picture of a car with the engine on fire.?

Does anyone have a link to a picture of this sign or an idea of what it means? I saw it twice on the trip but couldn't get a picture.

It means vehicles carrying dangerous (flamable or explosive) substances are not allowed. You'll typically find them before a tunnel or any place where an explosion or fire would have particularly desastrous consequences:
