Recently purchased a new construction home now my marriage is headed downhill for other reasons ?

i know it will be less than the 5yrs before the marriage ends in divorce. the mortgage is 30 yr fixed fha. what will my options be if we have to sale the house early or what would be the route to go if in the home less than 5yrs?

You have no choice but to sell the house and split the profits if any or one of you will have to keep it. Before you throw your marriage away though try counseling. We are too much of a throw away society and people leave for all the wrong reasons. Make sure your reasons for divorce are good ones before going that route.
