Recently purchased a phillips 15nb5700

Question

Recently purchased a phillips 15nb5700 laptop.Set up wireless connection with sky broadband.So far so good.Then set up second user account but whenever i connect to the internet using the second user account i get taken to the phillips registration site.I fill this out and it says thanks for registering you can close this browser now.I close it,go back to internet explorer,open it and hey presto i am back onto the registration site again like an endless loop.Very frustrating.Any ideas guys?
