It's not that bad, but it definitely isn't as tight and smooth as it was before I started smoking. How can I get my facial skin as close to its original state as possible?

  1. cleanse, exfoliate, tone and then moisturize.  You'll see a big difference the first day.  After that exfoliate every 3-4 days.  You'll be a new man.

  2. Well done on quitting smoking. You may have to go on a healthy eating diet for a while. By loading your body with goodness and nutrients it will help your body to repair the damage that has been caused by smoking, this includes skin repair.

I am sure there are plenty of creams out there that will do some good but I don't like the idea of putting chemicals or unnecessarily expensive products on my face.

    Good Luck and Good Quitting

  3. I recommend an application of aloe vera gel daily when your schedule allows.

  4. This will take some time for nature to take its course (probably months to years).

In the meantime, here's what you can do:

    1. eat healthy foods

    2. get enough sleep on as many days as you can and develop a normal sleep/awake pattern in which you sleep at night and stay awake/alert during the day

    3. drink enough water (according to your weight and age)

these things will improve your whole body.

If you want to focus more on your face, you can apply facial masks or cucumber slices to your face a couple times a week.

Good luck and wish you all the best.

  5. drink lots of water, n Avon has a great cream.
