Receving my online order before the 20th?

I ordered dress shoes online from victoriassecret.com on the 9th. They confirmed my order on the 10th. I selected standard shipping. My winter formal's on the 20th, and I'd like to receive the shoes before that date in order to wear them. Do you think it's possible that they'll arrive in time?

Most sites I order from include a "tracking" link in the email they send me notifying me of shipment.  Many also include a "track your order" page on their website, often on the "My Account" page.

Hopefully, the site you ordered from uses one or both of these options.  With them, you can find out the day your order is expected to be delivered, as well as the shipping company.
