Recieps for a rabbits/ guinea pig?

  1. When I used to have rabbits I used to buy them a mix of uncooked, unsalted nuts and seeds from the supermarket and give some to them about 2-3 times per week. Most of the time I used to give them apples, spinach, bananas, pears and brocolli. Sometimes I used to give them rabbit pallets although most of them aren't very nutritional.

    Maybe you could mix some fruit and seeds together for them...they'll love it!


  2. I pick silver beet and cabbage out of our garden, then chop up carrots and apples.

    My rabbit loves this! Only feed them salads and stuff every few weeks though. But feed them green pellets everyday. xD

  3. Both rabbits and guinea pigs need a variety of fresh veggies every day. They can also eat fruits, although these should be given in small amounts and no more than twice per week as they are high in sugar.
