Recieved letter for phone interview from Los Angeles Adjudication Dept, regarding interview for UI benefits?

I once recieved benefits earlier this yr, but while working P/T, i recieved a FT job, stopped filing....and I recieved a letter from this Dept of UI stating they were going to call me for a phone interview for determinantion of benefits. Has anyone experienced this..or anything like it from this dept? Who are they, and what is this?

Good luck; I have been waiting for that letter and the phone call for over a month. The system is so messed up it's not funny.
