  1. do yahoo do landlines i didnt know that


  2. its a con, if they phone again tell them your recording the conversation for your own security they should hang up. BT work in conjuction with yahoo for internet as far as i'm aware yahoo dont operate their own land lines

  3. Yahoo! do not (currently) offer a landline service, they would be looking at it I guess but this call will have been a hoaks call, as they are not in that area, the are currently a content provider only and if your in the UK they are tied in with BT, so unlikely to offer such a service in the short term.
