Reciever can't find the tv chanels?

i have a starsat -x50 usb that can not find any sat tv channels on any satelite,what can i do?

If you're certain the dish is in the correct position it could be that the LNB has blown. Might be worth trying to connect it to a stand-alone receiver and see if that can get anything out of it.

If it can then update the drivers, try a different USB port in case it's under powered.

Failing that, return it and replace.
