Recipe's for toddler's dinners.?

Hi, i'm looking for simple healthy meal ideas for my two year old. He's not fussy at all and will eat pretty much anything except potatoes!!!

  1. You're very lucky that your toddler isn't too fussy. The best thing is to give him a smaller amount of what you're having; he'll get used to all the food you have and it will be much easier for you. Just mash any tough bits up and adjust textures as he gets older.

    If you wanted to give your little boy home cooked, healthy meals that wouldn't take too long to prepare, cook large amounts of food and freeze toddler sized portions to use when you need something quick. If your son eats his meals before you, it's a good way to get homemade food into him without worrying about making time for preparation every day. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare his veges while you're heating his food through in the oven. Stews, casseroles, lasagnas, bolognaise sauce etc are ideal for this.
