Recipe?? La Panga Restaurant in San Jose Del Cabo (Mexico) Cheese dressing served on Romaine lettuce.?

I recently visited La Panga Antigua Restaurant in San Jose Del Cabo, Los Cabos, Mexico. I had a salad made out of Romaine Lettuce with a Cheesy Dressing. I don't believe it had Blue Cheese or Ranch but I could be wrong. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It was delicious.

whats the question? is it good? i know it is. it usually has blue cheese ranch. i didnt go to that restarunt though. its still always good over there.
