What is this called?

You take a pineapple and cut it into fours and cut it into chunks and then sprinkle strawberry jello on it?

I have never heard of it....but i do know the enzymes in fresh pine apple keeps the jello from congealing....

I never heard of strawberry jello but, in hawaii we cut up chunks of pineapple and sprinkle it with Li hing mui powerder as a snacks. By the way i heard of Strawberry jello with bananas that is yummy... Hopes you find what you looking for take care..........happy summer

Never heard of it.  If you're bound & determined to make this, then make up a name, too...pineapple strawberry surprise? pina fresca?

I have no idea and it sounds terrible.   Red jello on yellow pineapple would turn orange in places and look yucky.  Why are you disguising the wonderful flavor of a fresh pineapple with ANYTHING?
